Managing Director
Maricris brings 20 years of organizational development experience to Vanguard where she is responsible for overseeing the entire enterprise and is also active in setting the overall direction of the company. Maricris brings a contagious optimism and energy for every touch point with our clients, whether she's working with a CEO, addressing senior executives during a conference or workshop, or counseling a client over the phone. Her heart for the Lord and passion to serve others continues to inspire cultures of hope, joy and excellence in the workplace.

Ina works closely with all teams to develop ideas and content that support and promote Vanguard’s mission of bringing eternal perspectives to transform hearts and minds in the marketplace. Ina is instrumental in providing editorial leadership in all facets of content and program delivery.

Dan Esguerra
Senior Manager, Transformation Facilitation
Dan has been with Vanguard since its inception and now serves as a leader of our growing Transformation Facilitation practice. Dan stewards the implementation of Vanguard’s programs and is responsible for the development of the team to be excellent facilitators of transformation and facilitators of freedom in Jesus Christ. His extensive experience across the spectrum of organizational development helps many client companies drive sustainable organizational health and shape culture.

Kristel’s heart for the next generation enables her to be an effective facilitator for younger leaders in the marketplace. She works closely with Ina and Dan to develop ideas and content that support Vanguard’s mission. Kristel is dedicated to helping young professionals bear fruit no matter the season through a life abiding in Christ; to be resilient and be able to stand firm amidst the seemingly unrelenting pressures of their world.

Maggie is a Senior Affiliate at Aberkyn, the leadership development arm of McKinsey & Co., specializing in the human dynamics of transformational change. Her professional focus is in creating organizational health and maximizing the potential of high performing teams. She has worked primarily with global corporates across a wide range of business sectors, and has also served as the founding Director of a charity for 16 years, supporting individuals and families who have suffered sexual abuse. Maggie brings depth without intensity, challenge with warmth, and a safe psychological context in which to experience transformational interpersonal work, and to shift mindsets and cultures.
